Returns/Exchanges
We accept merchandise returns up to 30 days after a product has been received. If you would like to process a return, please get in touch with us at contact@millimetres2mountains.org and we will instruct you on how to go about this.
Please be aware that returned items must be in their original (unworn/new) condition and take note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We reserve the right to use our discretion relating to returns and refunds and may refuse if the item returned is in a lower-quality state than received; such as make-up stains, pet hair, etc.
For all returns, please allow 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed and appear on your statement.
Damaged/Incorrect Products
If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please let us know as soon as possible at contact@millimetres2mountains.org and we will take appropriate remedial action to replace or refund the item as directed.
